How are my cocktails made?
We hand prepare every single cocktail, to ensure they taste just as good as if you visited us in the bar!

 

How long will the cocktails keep fresh for?

Our cocktails stay fresh for a minimum of three weeks when delivered, and are Best Before Date marked.  They do not require refrigeration, thanks to the preservatives used.  We do however recommend popping them in the fridge before drinking, to ensure the best taste.  Alternatively, they can be frozen for a maximum of two months beyond the BBD. 

 

Are your cocktails suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes!  All of our cocktails are vegan/vegetarian friendly as we use Aquafaba. 

 

What is Aquafaba?
Aquafaba is a vegan friendly chickpea water that we use as a substitute for egg white. 

 

Do you have more information on allergens? 
Of course - you can find any specific allergen advice on each product if applicable.  If you have more specific questions, please feel free to get in touch.

 

How many cocktails are in each pouch?
A pouch contains one cocktail. 

 

How do I prepare them?

Simply pop your cocktail into a shaker (or a jam jar, protein shaker etc.) with plenty of ice, shake up and then pour into your glass of choice.  And make sure to add your garnish, too!

 

Can I decide when I receive my order?

Yes, all you need to do is select your desired day when checking out.  Your cocktails will be prepared the day before, ensuring you can enjoy them up to three weeks after.

 

What's the cut off for ordering?

Slots for each delivery day cut off at 9am the day before, allowing us time to shake up and pack your cocktails!

We do have a limit to how many cocktails we can make each day, and so sometimes days are full before the cut off time.  All available dates will show at checkout. 

 

I'm sending a gift, will the receipt be included?

We use digital receipts and so won't include any pricing information in the delivery. 

 

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately we only offer UK wide shipping at the moment. 

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use both Royal Mail and DHL to ship your orders.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

If we haven't already started preparing your order, we'll be more than happy to make any changes you'd like.  To do so, just get in touch! 

 

Can I return my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our products we don't offer returns, but if there are any issues with your order then please do get in touch and we can try to help.
